5k for Mental Health

Come out April 8 and support the Becky Love Foundation, at their fourth annual 5k for Mental Health. This great event will begin and end at the Turner Farm Park, 925 Springvale Rd, Great Falls, VA 22066. The race will begin at 8:00 am and will follow along an out and back certified 5k course just outside the park.

Registration
5k: $30 through March 1, then will be $35 until on-line registration closes on April 6 at 8:00 pm, the $35 during packet pick up and race day
1k fun run will be $10 until online registration closes on April 6 at 8;00 pm and and $15 during packet pick up and race day

PACKET PICK will be on site the morning of the race starting at 7:00 am. 

All participates of the 5k who register before March 25 will receive a commemorative race shirt. If you registered after March 25, shirts will be available on a first come, first serve basis.

Awards will be given to the overall male and female winners as well as the top finisher in each of the following age groups; 10-25, 26-24, 41 and over. 

Funds raised at the 5k will support a family bereavement camp being held on the same day. 

The Becky Love Foundation is a non-profit, supporting mental health. BLF is dedicated to changing people’s lives, one person at a time, starting with those who lose a loved one unexpectedly and who struggle to move forward. We work closely with our partners, Comfort Zone Camps – a bereavement camp for kids and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
