Start the New Year off on your feet! Join us for the third running of the New Day * New Year 5k and new for 2020 10k Run/Walk. Take advantage of the opportunity to celebrate the first new day of the New Year with a 5k  or 10k run/walk and receive commemorative race blanket. 

Plan to stick around for a post-race breakfast at House 6 Brewing with delicious food from our food truck and beer on tap from House 6. (Must be 21 years or older with valid ID to purchase and drink alcohol). We can’t think of a better way to celebrate the New Day of the New Year!

10K Course – start time 9:30 AM
6.2 miles will start and finish at House 6 Brewing, 44427 Atwater Dr., Ashburn, VA 20147 and run through neighborhood streets of the brewery. The 10K course will be open for 90 min.


5K Course – start time 9:40 AM
3.1 miles will start and finish at House 6 Brewing, 44427 Atwater Dr., Ashburn, VA 20147 and run through neighborhood streets of the brewery. The 5K course will be open for 60 min.

Post-Race Activities:
Come for the run, stay for the celebration!  Pre-purchase your breakfast or beer with online registration, and stick around for our toast to 2020 at House 6 Brewing! Beer on tap from House 6 and breakfast from our food truck. (Must be 21 years or older with valid ID to purchase and drink alcohol).
 

Awards:
Awards will be awarded to the overall male and overall female, second place overall male and second place overall female and to the top two male and female finishers in the following age groups: 14 and under, 15 - 18, 19–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, and 70+

Charity Recipient
Rotary Club of Leesburg's Perry Winston Memorial Scholarship Fund is an annual scholarship awarded to local high school seniors who have been accepted to an accredited college/ university or community college. Each year, two scholarships in the amount of $10,000 each are awarded to deserving students.
 

NOTE: No refunds will be available for race fees, beer fees, or breakfast fees. This race is rain or shine. All race swag must be picked up on Race Day.
