The 5k race will start at 8:00 am on Sunday, October 15, 2017

On Sunday, October 15, 2017 the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association of Northern Virginia (AFCEA NOVA) will host the VetEd 5k Sortie With support from our members and friends we give hundreds of thousands of dollars in scholarships every year and very much look forward to this fun and exciting addition to our yearly activities. Please invite your friends, family, and colleagues of all ages to this fun and rewarding event. We hope to see you there!

The 1k will start at 8:00 am and the 5k will begin at 8:30 am at Fairfax Corner (11895 Grand Commons Ave, Fairfax, VA 22030)

Registration Fees: $30 until June 1, $35 until September 1 then $40 through race day. Online registration will close on October 13 at 8:00 pm. 

Each participant who registers before October 1 will receive a Commemorative T-shirt 

Awards will be given to the top over all male and female finishers.

Packet Pick up: Will be at the Fairfax =PR= Store (11895 Grand Commons Ave, Fairfax, VA 22030) on Saturday, October 14, from 3:00-6:00 pm. Then again on race day started at 6:30 am.  

For this event, all proceeds will go to the AFCEA Education Fund to support veteran's scholarships.
