Join your friends and neighbors on, May 29, 2017, at the ONE LOUDOUN—a new urban destination that has become Loudoun County’s new downtown—and make this Memorial Day a truly memorable one. Run, Walk or Jog and celebrate with us and enjoy family fun festivities on hand to Ring in Hope for our military. Tons of prizes, family fun, and festivities at the finish line to enjoy!

$15 per person 3 and older (under 3 is free)
*Walkers under 12 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. If parent/guardian is registered for 10K or 5K race, parent/guardian is free for 1K event. 1K admission includes flags to proudly display as participant makes his/her way around the 1K course
Phantom Runner (virtual runner)
For a donation of $40 or more, get a T-shirt (mailed AFTER race). Must register by May 15.

Timing and Scoring
Commonwealth Race Management, a division of Potomac River Running, will provide professional race management and state of the art electronic timing. Timing Chips will be provided and must be inserted through your shoe screen during timed events. If left on the bib, your time will not be recorded.
In both the 10K and 5K valuable merchandise or gift certificates will be given to the top 3 overall men and top 3 women as well as the top 3 male and female finishers in the following age groups: 11 and under, 12-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80 & over

Two categories to win
Regulations: Get your running buddies, family, friends and co-workers together and have fun challenging other teams. A trophy will be awarded to the fastest team (top 4 finishers) as well as the team with the most participants (in both the 5k and 10k event). All teams are coed, with a minimum of 5 people. A minimum of 2 persons of each gender are required to form a team. No exceptions. A single team may have as many members as desired. The top 4 on each team will score. Scoring is Cross-County Style; lowest aggregate time of the top 4 team members wins.

T-SHIRT DEADLINE: May 12, 2017. To be guaranteed an Official Ringing in Hope short sleeve technical t-shirt, please be sure to register by May 12. After that date, shirts will be available on race day following the race on a first come, first served basis, if still available. The event offers a uniquely designed commemorative long-sleeve performance t-shirt to registrants in the 5k and 10k. Sizes available are Unisex; Youth Medium and Large, Adult Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, XX-Large and XXX-Large. Runners will receive the t-shirt size they have ordered as indicated on their bib in order to help ensure participants receive what they requested. Shirts are available for 5k and 10k registrants only.

Picking Up Bibs and Packets for Your Friends and Family
We do allow runners to pick up bibs and t-shirts for their friends. Please note that t-shirts cannot be mailed. You will not need to show us your ID or copies of their
ID to pick up bibs for anyone other than yourself.
There is plenty of parking at One Loudoun garages behind the plaza.
Restrooms will be available at porta-potties on the plaza and other areas to be announced..
Strollers & Pets
Strollers and baby joggers are welcome, but must start at the back of the pack as a safety precaution for the other participants. For the safety of our participants, we do not permit pets to participate in the events. Thank you for your understanding.
Donations and Fundraising
This event provides a platform to raise awareness and funding for Boulder Crest Retreat. It’s the first privately funded non-profit wellness center for veterans and their families healing from combat-related stress. We are asking event participant to consider making a donation for Boulder Crest Retreat as they strive to provide free, world class, short-duration, high-impact retreats for combat veterans and their families.
