Races Details:
8K
The 8k course will start and end at One Loudoun in Ashburn VA (NEW location) on Saturday, April 22 at 8 AM (NEW date and time). All runners registered by April 2 will receive an 8K short sleeve tech shirt. All finishers will receive an 8K finisher’s medal when crossing the finish line.
Course will run through the neighborhood streets of One Loudoun and kick off the Live Well Loudoun Festival.
Fun Run
The Fun Run will start and end at One Loudoun in Ashburn VA. (NEW event) on Saturday, April 22 at 8:05 AM All runners registered by April 2 will receive a fun run short sleeve cotton shirt. The Fun Run will be approximately one mile.
Half Marathon
The half marathon will start and end at Broad Run High School in Ashburn VA Sunday, April 23 at 7 AM. All runners registered by April 2 will receive a half marathon short sleeve tech shirt. All finishers will receive a half marathon finisher’s medal when crossing the finish line.
Course improvements will be made now that construction is complete at Broad Run High School. Keep an eye on www.LoudounHalf.org and our Facebook page for up-to-date information.
The LoCo Challenge
Take on both the 8K and the Half Marathon and you choose to be a part of the LoCo Challenge! All LoCo Challenge runners registered by April 2 will receive a half marathon short sleeve tech shirt, an 8K short sleeve shirt, plus a LoCo Challenge shirt sleeve shirt. Each finisher will also receive an 8K medal, Half Marathon medal and a the LoCo Challenge medal when crossing the finish line.

School Beneficiary
The Loudoun Half Races supports student track and field/cross country athletes at area public high schools within Loudoun County. Select a school to represent and help that school raise more money! The official school beneficiary with the largest team will earn a bonus check of $500!

Team Challenge
Make it more fun! Form a team for the 8K and/or the Half Marathon to represent a family, school company or a group of friends and compete against other teams! Register individuals as a team separately and list the team name when asked. Team name must be exactly the same for each team member. Teams consist of at least 4 & must include at least 1 female and 1 male. Top 4 finishers’ times will be combined to determine the team's time. Top 3 overall teams will win and receive an award.

The Half Marathon will finish on the track in the Broad Run High School Stadium an include finish line snacks, awards ceremony and a visit with our sponsors.
Awards will be awarded in the 8k and Half Marathon to the overall male and over all female, second place overall male and second place overall female and to the top two male and female finishers in the following age groups for each race: 18 and under, 19 – 29, 30 – 39, 40 – 49, 50 – 59, 60 – 69, and 70+
