Lace up your running shoes & see you on April 23 for the Open Arms Spring Fling 5k & Fun Run!

Spring into health at the annual Open Arms and Our Savior's Way Spring Fling 5k on Saturday, April 23! The 5k will be professionally timed, starting at 8:30 am with a 1 mile fun run/walk to follow at 9:15 am. The race will take place at Open Arms, 43115 Waxpool Rd, Ashburn, VA 20148. 

Registration fees: 5k $25 (including a Race Shirt for those registered by April 1),

                              $30 during packet pick up and on race day.

                          1 mile fun run/walk: $5 for children (includes a finshers medal for the children) - parents may run with their children for free if registered in the 5k

Packet pick up will be on Friday, April 22 from 4:30-6:30 pm at the Ashburn =PR= Store (20630 Ashburn Rd, Ashburn, VA 20147) and Saturday, April 23 from 7:00-8:15 am at the race site. 

Race shirts will be available for all who register prior to April 1. If you register after April 1, they will be first come first serve. Register early!

Awards will be given to the Overall top 3 male and female 18 & Over, and the top 3 male and female 17 & under. 

All race proceeds will be in support of the "Backpack Buddies" program of Loudoun County and to improve technology in the Open Arms classrooms. For more infomation please visit www.openarms-ccdc.org.
