Run, walk, or roll a 5K and show support for the MedStar NRH Adaptive Sports athletes!!  Whether it's your first 5K, or you are trying to set your personal best, join us! 

Where:
We will host our live event at OneLife Fitness Tysons (formerly Tysons Sport and Health, 8250 Greensboro Dr. McLean, VA 22102). Or runners/walkers/rollers have the option to participate in any location and record and report their results within a week's time. Athletes will have the opportunity to put their disciplined training to use, with the added convenience of competing their race mileage right where they are.

Highlights:
SuperH is also creating challenges and activities throughout the virtual race week to make the event fun and engaging. Details will follow and be on their social media networks and website.

What we support:
Your participation supports the Adaptive Sports programs at MedStar National Rehabilitation Network, which helps children and adults with physical disabilities to pursue healthy, active lifestyles through recreational and competitive sports. 

Registration Fee:
5K Adult: $35 through July 31
                 $40 August 1 - September 6
                 $45 September 7 - September 10
5K 13 & Under: $25 through July 31
                       $30 August 1 - September 6
                       $35 September 7 - September 10
Virtual: $40

Virtual participants can run, walk or wheel anytime and anywhere up until September 10 and promote their times and distance on Instagram and Facebook with #SuperH2023. Race packets will be mailed for Virtual participants. 

Online registration will close on Wednesday, September 6, at 8:00 pm

Packet pick up will be at the race site, OneLife Fitness (formerly Tysons Sport & Health, 8250 Greensboro Dr. McLean, VA 22102) Sunday, September 10 starting at 6:45 am.
