The "
Chuck Heavy Challenge" is dedicated to all our Nation's fallen Service Men and Women. This event was established in honor of US Navy Chief Petty Officer Charles Keating IV, a talented high school and collegiate miler, who was killed battling ISIS fighters in Iraq on May 3, 2016. The challenge has been embraced as the Navy's Special Forces "Workout of the Day".  Half of the entry proceeds for the Chuck Heavy Challenge will be donated to the C4 Foundation which provides support and resources for active duty Navy SEALS and their families.  The challenge consists of the following:  1-mile run, 100 push-ups, 1-mile run, 100 air squats, 1-mile run.

Participants who complete all 5 steps of the "Chuck Heavy Challenge" consecutively and record their total time.
