The 18th Annual Super H™ 5K Run Walk & Wheel - Virtual!

As much as we want to see everyone in person, we are also seeing the risk level go up in our area. We have decided to hold our race virtually only - that way you can run the race and complete it at your convenience!  AND you have a whole week to do it, September 19-September 25,  from any location from anywhere in the world!

For those of you who have already signed up, we will send your T-shirt in the mail.  Everyone will get their T-shirt sent to them prior to September 19.

MedStar NRH Employees at Irving Street do have the option of picking up your shirt at MNRH – please chose MedStar NRH for that option.

Run, walk, or roll a 5K and show support for the MedStar NRH Adaptive Sports athletes!!  Whether it’s your first 5K, or you are trying to set your personal best, join us! If you would rather, you can run, walk, or roll in your own community by participating virtually!

Registration Fee:
5K Adult: $40
5K Child: $30
5K MNRH Irving: $40

Online registration will close on Monday, September 20 at midnight. 

Swag: A dri-fit short sleeve race shirt 

Packets will be shipped starting on Monday, September 13. 
MNRH Irving staff will be able to pick up their items starting Wednesday, Sept 15.
