Fairfax Law Foundation Virtual Heroes vs. Villains 5K
Calling all runners, joggers, and walkers: The Heroes vs Villains 11th Annual Run for Justice 5K is going VIRTUAL. Due to public safety concerns regarding the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Fairfax Law Foundation (FLF) has decided to transition this year's event into a virtual race so that we can ensure the safety of our members, volunteers, and the local community.
Run or walk anytime, anywhere between October 9-15, 2020. Get up and get moving for a great cause, from the socially-distanced safety of your own neighborhood! You'll have the option to track and submit your finish time for the 5K you complete along the route of your choice!
After the race, submit your results by logging back into the registration site (go to www.prraces.com and log in), search for “Heroes vs Villains 5K”, click on the blue ACTIONS item, then click the link “Log Results”, enter your finish time and submit. Submitting finish times is completely optional, not required!

WHAT IS THE FAIRFAX LAW FOUNDATION
The FLF works tirelessly to improve the public's understanding of and access to the justice system -- whether that be through law related education for minors, pro bono programs, or raising funds for the Fairfax Public Law Library. The Foundation's pro bono program is spearheaded by a full-time Director of Pro Bono Activities -- the only such position in the commonwealth of Virginia; the program works with volunteer lawyers, law students, and paralegals to provide legal assistance to those who could not otherwise afford quality and thorough representation. Of equal importance to our pro bono program is our law related education, which seeks to teach minors about the justice system -- engaging them on the "right" side of the law in an effort to ensure they grow up to be law abiding, productive citizens. For more information on the FLF, please visit our website.
