Join us for the 18th annual Freeze Your Gizzard Virtual 5K. You can pick your course and run or walk anytime between November 21 and November 28. Take this opportunity to celebrate Thanksgiving, get a little exercise and, have some fun and support a great cause; Loudoun Hunger Relief.  

Registration Information:

5K: $25 until online registration closes on November 28th at midnight. 
Family of four: $80 

Course: Run anywhere you want!

Swag:  All pre-registered 5K participants will receive a commemorative Freeze Your Gizzard long sleeve t-shirt and custom bib. 

Race Packets:  Race packets will be mailed on November 16, November 19, November 23 and November 30. Be sure to register early if you want to ensure you packet arrives before the start of the event. 

Awards will be randomly selected, raffle style!

Additional Information: In lieu of non-perishable food donations, please consider a monetary donation for Loudoun Hunger Relief. Thank you for your kindness. Loudoun Hunger Relief greatly appreciates your support especially this year. 2020 has been an increasingly tough year for many of our neighbors in Loudoun County. You do not have to participate in the virtual 5K in order to donate.
