Join the Lake Braddock Athletic Boosters in the Bruin Nation Fall 5K Virtual Challenge!
While we are all seperated this fall, we hope this event will help to bring us closer together (virtually), by showing our support for our student athletes and athletic department, so that when we do all get back to school and back to our beloved athletics, we will be able to hit the ground running!
We have made it easy for everyone to participate. Run, walk, bike or even swim a 5K anytime over Halloween Weekend (Oct. 30-Nov 1)
What better way to promote physical, social and emotional health than a Virtual 5K Challenge?!
Registration fees: $30 for the Virtual 5K
Online registration will close on Thursday, October 29 at midnight.
Participants will receive commemorative race shirt adn custom bib.
There will be a packet pick up on Friday, October 30 in the front of the school from 3-6 pm.
Shipping of your packets will also be an option for an additional $5. In order to have your items shipped, you must register and choose the option prior to Tuesday, October 27 at midnight.
The Lake Braddock Athletic Boosters Club (LBABC) is a non-profit organization formed with the goal of promoting, supporting and creating interest in the Lake Braddock High School's athletic program amoung students, parents faculty, colleges and the community-at-large. The fundraising activities of the Boosters Club have resulted in annual contributions to the Lake Braddock Athletic Department including, but not limited to the following:
*Outfit our teams with high-quality uniforms and other items
*Purchase equipment and other materials needed to develop our athletes
*Contract for field maintenance and field and equipment improvements
*Provide travel assistance for teams as they compete at the state and national levels
*Support the Athletic Director in providing a quality athletic program
For the LBABC to continue this direct support to our LB student athletes, we NEED your support!
