Lake Braddock Secondary School, PTSA is excited to offer their second annual Bruin 5K & Cub 1K! This family fitness-focused event will be run on the LBSS school grounds and in the adjacent Lake Braddock Community with the Cub 1K starting at 8 AM and the Bruin 5K followiing about 30 minutes afterwards. There will be a fitness fair before, during and immediately after the event and music throughout the course. Proceeds will help the PTSA in sponsoring activities and events for LBSS students and their families.

Registration fees: 
Adult 5K: $30, then $35 starting March 1
Youth 5K (18 & U): $25, then $35 starting March 1

Cub 1K (12 & Under only): $15, then $20 starting March 1

**Cub 1K athletes must be less than 13 years old. If you are an adult and would like to participate with your child in the Cub 1K, you can run wtih your child at no cost. Only the child will receive a shirt. 

Online registration will close on Thursday, March 26 at 8:00 pm. Late registration will be available during packet pick up and on race day.

Commemorative race shirts will be are available while supplies last. Be sure to register by March 1 to be guaranteed a shirt. 

Packet pick up will be held on Friday, March 27 from 4-7 pm at Lake Braddock SS (entrance 14), then again on race morning starting at 7am. 

Awards will be given to the overall top 3 Male and Female finisher, plus the top 3 males and females in each age group: 13 & under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60 & over. 

Each registrant can designate a donation of $3 of their registration fee go towards the LBSS Class of their choice, the LBSS PTSA or the PTA of the feeder school.  In the case of the ES Feeder Schools, please enter your school name.
