Food for Others is the one of the largest providers of free emergency groceries to people in need in Northern Virginia. 

 Due to COVID-19, more than 100,000 people in our region are facing food insecurity. Children are especially vulnerable. Food for Others is a place to turn for those in need of food, serving over, 3,000 households on average per week.  

Please consider making an impact on our neighbors in need by supporting the 2021 FFO Tysons 5K and Fun Run. Your $35 registration fee provides rice and beans to 25 families.

Date:  Sunday, September 12, 2021

Time: 9:00 am race start

Place: Tysons Corner Center; 1961 Chain Bridge Rd, Tysons, VA 22102

Or if you are more comfortable running/walking on your own, but still want to support FFO, then you can choose the virtual option and run/walk anywhere you want!

Registration: 5K/Fun Run: $35 for live or virtual through September 10, then $40 through the morning of the race.

Be sure to register by September 1, to be guaranteed a race shirt! 

Packets: Can be picked up Friday, September 10 at FFO, 2989 Prosperity Ave, Fairfax, VA 22031 or you can have your packet shipped for a $5 fee. 

For those in the LIVE Event, you must sign up for shipping no later than Monday, September 6 at midnight, so your packet can be mailed in time for the live race on 9/12. Packets for the Virtual participants will contine through Friday, September 10.
