=PR= Birthday Bash UPDATE: Due to the excessive heat warnings this weekend and in the interest of putting safety first for all runners, the =PR= Birthday Bash will now be a non-competitive 5K. Runners will be timed, however there will be no awards given based upon the results. We want everyone to join us in celebrating our birthday in a fun and safe manner. Our goal is for all runners to finish the 5K with a smile on their face and a spring in their step. All runners will still receive a finisher medal, enjoy a cupcake and visit with all our vendors! Please join us, your friends and fellow runners at the =PR= Birthday Bash! Run or walk at a pace that is comfortable and safe for you.    

We will also continue to offer the untimed 1K as well.

We will have multiple water stations along the course, cold water and cooling cloths at the finish line. It is recommended that all runners listen to their bodies, adjust their pace and carry their own hydration.

Potomac River Running is turning 16!! and =PR= Fairfax is turning 6! Which gives us two good reasons to celebrate!Sunday July 21, 2019 at Fairfax Corner, Fairfax, Va.

5k: 8:00 a.m. with a 1k Fun Run to follow at 8:05. Tot 100m dash to finish off all the fun at 8:50 am.

Free Tot Dash! Registration will be race day only! All Tot Dash participants will receive a finishers medal.
