Dogwood Elementary School will be hosting its second Dogwood Dash 5K on June 1, 2019. Proceeds from the race will benefit Dogwood’s candidacy as an International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP). The PYP is a rigorous program that provides our students with the opportunity to experience incredible inquiry – based learning to every child in grades K – 6.

The race will start at Dogwood Elementary School, 12300 Glade Drive, Reston, VA 20191 at 8:30 am. 

Registration fees: 
5K: $25 through May 4
      $30 until online closes on Thursday, May 30 at 8:00 pm
      $35 during packet pick up and on race day

5K (12 & U): $10 through May 4
                   $15 until online closes on Thursday, May 30 at 8:00 pm
                   $20 during packet pick up and on race day

Runners will receive a short sleeve commemorative shirt. Please be sure to register by May 15 to be guaranteed a shirt. 

Packet pick up will be held at Dogwood Elementary on Friday, May 31 from 4-6 pm and then again on race morning starting at 7:30 am. 

Awards will be given to the overall male and female finisher and the top male and female finisher in each of the following categories; 4 & under, 5-8, 9-12, 13-16, 17-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 & over.
