Help us make Melanoma No More, by running in the MelaNoMore 5k on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at 8:30 am at the Cascades Marketplace (21000 Southbank St. Sterling, VA 20165). This event will raise money for the Melanoma Research Foundation (MRF) and honor a wife, mother and friend, Patricia Kathryn (Ball) VanBelleghem, who lost her battle to a rare case of melanoma in 2013. The MRF is the largest independent organization devoted to research, education and effective treatments for melanoma. 

Registration Fees

5k: $30 until online registration closes on May 17 at 8:00 pm, $35 during packet pick up and race day.

5k (17 & Under): $20 until online registration closes on May 17 at 8:00 pm and during packet pick up and race day.

Fun Run: $15 until online registration closes on May 18 at 8:00 pm and during packet pick up and on race day. 

Packet Pick up: In person registration and packet pick up will be, Friday May 18 from 4:00-8:00 pm and Saturday, May 19 from 11:00 am-4:00 pm at the Golds Gym Cascades Marketplace. Then Sunday, May 20 near the starting line at Cascades Marketplace starting at 7:30 am.  There is no guarantee for shirts for new registrations during packet pick up. 

Swag & Awards: Registrants will receive a commemorative race shirt and awards will be given to the top three over all male and female finishers and the top 3 male and females in each age group; 12 & Under, 13-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 & Over. 

NOTE: For the safety for all participants there are no dogs allowed on the race course.
