DSANV Spring Sprint 5K Run/Walk & Fun Run
Mark your calendars, lace up your running shoes and help us celebrate the Down Syndrome Association of Northern Virgnia (DSANV) with our third anual Spring Sprint 5K Run/Walk and Fun Run on Sunday, April 21 at Occoquan Regional Park.
Proceeds from this exciting, fun filled event will go towards supporting DSANV's mission to ensure all individuals with Down syndrome and their families in the Northern Virginia area, receive the support necessary to participate in, contribute to and achieve fulfillment of life in their communities.

5K starts at 8:00 am
Fun Run starts at 9:15-9:30 am (start time may be delayed while remaining 5K participants cross finish line)
Registration fees:
5K Run/Walk: $40 through March 21
$45 March 22 through Race Day
Fun Run: $20 through Race Day
5K registration includes the Fun Run for those who want to run with their child.
Online registration will close on Thursday, April 18 at 8:00 pm. Late registrations will be accepted at packet pickup and on race day.
Create a TEAM: Invite friends and family to join you...If you are the first one on your team to register, you will have the opportunity to create a new team during the registration process. If you plan to join a team, check the drop down menu to pick your team!
Packet pick up will be on Saturday, April 20 from 11:00am - 2:00 pm at Burke =PR= Store (5715 Burke Centre Parkway, Burke, VA 22015), then on race morning at Occoquan Regional Park starting at 7:00 am.
5K Run/Walk race participants will receive a commemorative race shirt and finisher medal.
Fun Run participants will receive a bib and finisher medal, Shirts are available for $10.
Awards: 5K Run/Walk awards will be given to the overall top 3 male and female finishers. Fun Run awards will be given to the top male and female finishers. Team fundraising awards will be given to the top fundraising team.
Potomac River Running/Commonwealth Race Management will be supporting and timing our event.
