The American Druze Society (ADS) 2nd Annual "RUN FOR IT" Event will take place at 8:00 am on Sunday, November 1 at Fairfax Corner, Fairfax, Virginia. The event will support several charitable organizations. The American Druze society main mission is to bring the community together and enhance the livelihood of all Americans. The ADS Organization is a 501(c)(3) federally recognized as a non-for-profit, independent, organization. The ADS prides itself on its charitable works, education and volunteerism. Members of the ADS are well-integrated in American culture utilizing the aforementioned platforms to contribute to their local communities in the greater United States of America, by providing support to the needy, orphanage and the sick.  

So come out and support us for this fun Run/Walk event, bring your family for a day filled with energy, hope and competition.  

Please come join us with your family for a day full of fun, energy and hope at our 5K run! Our children, with their Halloween costumes, will enjoy the 1K run where they will be led by a fire truck, which will bring smiles to their faces.

REGISTRATION FEES:      5K:  $35 until October 30 at 8:00 pm, $35 during packet pick up and $40 during race day registration

                                           1k: $15 for 9 & under, $20 during race day registration

Online registration will close on Friday October 30 at 8:00 pm

PACKET PICK UP:  At the =PR= Fairfax Store located at Fairfax Corner on Saturday, October 31, from 12:00-3:00 pm 

AWARDS: Will be given to the top three overall male and female finishers and the top three finishers in the following categories: 19 & Under, 20-                                            29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 & Over. Various prizes will be awards after the race, so stick around for all the fun. 

All registrants will receive a commemorative T-shirt if registered by October 12, after that, they will be first come first serve. 

$5.00 from the race proceed will go to one of the following charities: American Druze Society-Washington DC Chapter, Bridges to Indpendence (Homeless Program, St. Jude Children's Hospital.
