Join us for a timed 5K, 1 mile Fun Run, and celebration of Spinal Champions, as we raise awareness and funding to support critical research, education, and patient initiatives for those impacted by spinal injuries and disorders.  All proceeds from the We’ve Got Your Back national race series benefit the Spinal Research Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to improving spinal health and patient outcomes through research, education, and advocacy.

5k: $30 until 4/30, $35 until 8pm on 5/28 (when online registration closes), $40 during packet pick-up & race day

Are you a Spinal Champion?

A Spinal Champion is a person who has achieved an improved quality of life through treatment for a spinal injury or disorder.  If you have suffered from neck or back pain and have overcome it through either nonsurgical or surgical treatments, you’re a Spinal Champion.  This event is a celebration of your journey and success! Please remember to select the option during registration to receive your official Spinal Champion t-shirt, exclusive access to the Spinal Champion Tent and VIP benefits, including free post-race brunch and massages! 

Post-race Celebration, Healthy Living Festival & Kids Corner

Join us for a post-race celebration, Healthy Living Festival and Kids Corner  from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Festivities will include music, vendors, post-race brunch (for a small donation), and free giveaways.  Children will enjoy a ton of fun activities including an inflatable obstacle course!

Form a Race/Walk Team

Prizes will be awarded to the largest team, so grab your coworkers, schoolmates, friends and family!  Teams can consist of both runners and walkers, so everyone can join in the fun!  Captains, once you create your team, your team members will be able to select your team name from the drop down menu during registration.

5k Race Awards

There will be cash awards for the top 3 overall males and females ($300-$200-$100). In addition, age group winners will receive gift certificates: 9 and under, 10 – 15, 16 – 19, 20 – 29, 30 – 39, 40 – 49, 50 – 59, 60 – 69, 70+
